The role
Appleby is now accepting applications for our 2027 Pupillage Trainee Program (the Program). Note that the Program is only available to Bermudians, Spouses of Bermudians, and Permanent Resident Certificate holders.
The Program is a 2 year training programme. Within the initial year, each Trainee will have to complete 3 four month seats in the following practice areas: Corporate, Dispute Resolution, or Insurance. Each Trainee is assigned a mentor in the seat they are sitting and is assessed by their mentor at the mid-way point and at the end of their seat.
After successfully completing the first year of training, Trainees will be eligible to be called to the Bermuda Bar. Following their call to the Bermuda Bar each Trainee will complete 1 twelve month seats in the practice areas of their choice
