Corporate Administrator

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle day to day correspondence and administrative matters relating to entity formation and the on-boarding of new clients including the preparation of minutes, resolutions and related formation documents
  • Maintaining ViewPoint data including, but not limited to, the Register of Members, Register of Managers, Register of Directors & Officers and Register of Mortgages & Charges of each relevant company and the Register of Partnership Interests of each relevant partnership
  • Filing documents as appropriate in the physical files of each company and maintaining electronic records in the filing system (iManage) including general mail, correspondence and documents from clients, ROC, CIMA and the responsible attorney
  • Ensuring that the companies, trusts and partnerships are administered in accordance with their constitutional requirements and all applicable laws, regulations and internal policies and procedures
  • Assisting with annual and statutory filings, as required in addition to assisting with CORIS, CAPS and REEFs requests, as required

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

  • Associate or Undergraduate degree would be an advantage
  • 3-5 years’ experience as a corporate administrator conducting entity formation within a reputable law firm/corporate services provider
  • Proficiency in CORIS, CAPS, REEFs and the Microsoft Office suite of applications, in addition to experience using a corporate administration database (preferably ViewPoint)
  • Excellent client relationship and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound organizational skills and the ability to work under time pressure and extended work hours when required
  • A strong sense of commitment and responsibility

Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and will be in the range of US$65,000–US$85,000 per annum plus benefits.
