2025 AGS Summer Internship Programme

The Summer Interns will perform a variety of tasks which include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist in maintaining accurate records of corporate entities, including updating statutory and compliance information
  • Organize and manage physical and electronic files, ensuring documents are properly stored and accessible.
  • Prepare documentation and assist with filing requirements as per Bermuda’s regulatory standards.
  • Support Corporate Administrators in responding to client inquiries and managing client documentation.
  • Assist with preparing and sending regular client updates and communications.
  • Help draft minutes, resolutions, and other corporate documents under the guidance of senior team members
  • Participate in tasks related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements, including due diligence checks and data gathering.
  • Support the maintenance of compliance records in alignment with Bermuda regulatory requirements.
  • Help update internal records and checklists to ensure compliance with regulatory filings.
  • Conduct research on regulatory developments and industry best practices.
  • Assist with special projects as needed, including reporting and analysis.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the Corporate Administration team.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Must have completed one year of a recognized undergraduate degree or equivalent.
  • Previous work experience in a corporate environment will be considered an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • An interest in corporate administration, compliance, and regulatory matters is advantageous.
  • Candidates must be available from 18 June - 15 August, 2025
