Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of entities consisting of SPCs, regulated funds, holding companies and other structures to Appleby Global Services’ standard of quality and service delivery turnaround
  • Work independently on instructions/enquiries received from clients and internal sources, and execute and reply to clients directly ensuring Appleby Global Services’ policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Handle day to day correspondence and administrative matters relating to entity formation and the on-boarding of new clients including the preparation of minutes, resolutions and related formation documents
  • Liaise with and assist the Compliance Department with the completion of all AML and KYC requirements for client entities
  • Maintain and update statutory records, registers and entity information in ViewPoint
  • File documents as appropriate in the physical files of each company and maintain electronic records in iManage including general mail, correspondence and documents from clients, ROC, CIMA and the responsible attorney
  • Ensure that all entities are administered in accordance with their constitutional requirements and all applicable laws, regulations and internal policies and procedures
  • Assist with aged debt/receivables, WIP and invoices for clients in accordance with Appleby Global Services’ policies, liaising with the Finance Department as required
  • Attend to filings and general correspondence with ROC, DCI and CIMA on the client’s behalf, ensuring CORIS, CAPS and REEFs filings are handled as required

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

  • An Associate or Undergraduate degree in business is desirable, but not essential
  • 3-5 years’ experience as a corporate administrator in a reputable law firm/corporate services provider
  • Proficiency in CORIS, CAPS, REEFs and the Microsoft Office suite of applications, in addition to experience using a corporate administration database (preferably ViewPoint)
  • Experience in providing registered office and administration services to regulated entities would be an advantage
  • Excellent client relationship and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines and work overtime when required
  • A strong sense of commitment and responsibility to uphold the AGS core values

Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and will be in the range of US$65,000–US$85,000 per annum plus benefits.
