Key Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor corporate administrators and corporate secretaries to achieve service excellence, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and professional development initiatives.
• Oversee the delivery of high-quality client services, ensuring client satisfaction and retention, including indirect oversight of all AGS clients and direct oversight of small portfolio of companies, trusts and listing relationships.
• Hold and manage a selective portfolio of clients or group of clients and acting as their trusted point of contact.
• Assist and attend board meetings from time to time, draft or review minutes of Board and Committee meetings, ensuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with best governance practices.
• Oversee and ensure timely statutory filings on all platform established by authorities (e.g. ROC and BMA).
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to build and maintain strong client relationship through responsiveness.
• Act as a Director and/or Alternate Director on client Boards.
• Proactively identify, develop and implement process improvements, pro-active problem-solving and sound advice.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring adherence to processes, policies, and regulatory requirements and foster a collaborative, engaged and high-performance culture within the team.
• Implement efficiency improvements and contribute to the development of operational best practices.
• Promote and adopt technology solutions to streamline operations and improve client service delivery.
• Work closely with senior leadership to contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and operational enhancement.
• Operate with independence and initiative, providing leadership without requiring close supervision.
• Collaborate with other departments and teams to streamline processes and improve overall organizational efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and contribute to a positive working environment.
Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Professional qualification or relevant certification is advantageous.
• At least five years of professional experience as a Senior Manager at a Corporate and Trusts Services Provider.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in Bermuda and financial services operations.
• In-depth knowledge of Bermuda corporate laws, regulations and governance practice.
• Client-focused, relationship-driven and highly professional in all dealings.
• Excellent drafting and reviewing skills for meeting minutes and formal corporate documents.
• Experience in handling statutory filings and compliance through platforms developed by authorities.
• Demonstrate success in process development and implementation.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and engage staff at all levels, with a focus on fostering a positive and productive work culture.
• Organised, self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision.
