Receptionist (Part-Time)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM (3 hours per day) with additional ad-hoc hours for vacation coverage.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Manage boardroom appointment scheduling
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
  • Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable at all times

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

  • High school diploma is required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Basic administrative and computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Prior experience in a legal or office environment is preferred, but not required

We are specifically seeking applicants who are available and committed to working part-time hours only (2:00 PM - 5:00 PM daily).
