Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure the accurate establishment of all new trust mandates and the seamless transition of existing trust and corporate appointments
  • Manage the day-to-day administration of trust and corporate structures, including the maintenance of trust files, statutory records, banking arrangements, and custody records
  • Deliver timely, accurate, and high-quality administration services across a portfolio of trust and corporate appointments
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date statutory records and client data within the trust administration systems
  • Coordinate and process client transactions, including distributions, bank payments, asset transfers, and other fiduciary transactions
  • Prepare trustee and corporate documentation, including minutes, resolutions, and other governance documents
  • Liaise professionally with clients, intermediaries, legal advisers, banks, investment managers, auditors, and other service providers
  • Ensure all transactions are appropriately reviewed and approved in accordance with AGS policies, procedures, and delegated authorities
  • Adhere to all applicable compliance, AML/CFT, FATCA, CRS, economic substance, and regulatory requirements, ensuring AGS and its clients are protected from potential risk exposure
  • Assist with internal and external audits, respond to auditor queries, and implement any required follow-up actions
  • Monitor and manage key statutory and regulatory deadlines, including annual filings and reporting obligations
  • Review financial statements and liaise with the accounting team regarding the preparation and finalisation of client financial statements, while supporting audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory reporting requirements
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and support the SVP - Fiduciary Services Manager in developing, enhancing, documenting, and delivering training on fiduciary workflows and procedures
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery while maintaining the highest standards of client service and regulatory compliance

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, law, or a related field
  • An internationally recognized professional qualification (CPA, CA, ACCA, STEP) is preferred
  • Must possess a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in the financial services industry
  • Strong knowledge of trust and corporate administration and fiduciary responsibilities
  • Ability to prioritize, take initiative and bring projects to a conclusion. Ability to effectively use judgement to make decisions and escalate issues where necessary
  • Working knowledge of CRS, FATCA, AML, economic substance and other relevant regulatory requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and develop
  • Professional and client-focused approach
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment
  • A strong sense of commitment and responsibility to uphold the AGS core values

We offer an excellent benefits package including excellent health insurance, pension plan and vacation leave. Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and will be in the range of US$90,000–US$100,000 per annum plus benefits.
