Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver multichannel marketing campaigns informed by client intelligence and market trends, working with the Business Development & Marketing (BD&M) team to support jurisdictional initiatives
- Develop compelling communications and engaging content to drive visibility and positive coverage across marketing channels
- Measure and report on campaign effectiveness, using insights to support continuous improvement across the BD&M team
- Develop and manage Appleby's social media strategy and deliver digital marketing and SEO campaigns with support from the firm's digital agency
- Support the development of Appleby's brand and employer brand in line with strategic priorities
- Maintain the Brand Guidelines and House Styles Manual, ensuring consistency across lead and subsidiary brands
- Analyse brand positioning and present insights and recommendations to senior leaders and key stakeholders
- Manage relationships with legal directories, media contacts, vendors and agencies to maximise rankings, PR opportunities and marketing effectiveness
- Act as the primary contact for third-party partners, providing regular project updates and insights to the BD&M team
- Manage the Group's websites, working with the website agency to monitor performance and implement enhancements
- Oversee the procurement and management of marketing tools and platforms, including budget tracking and the delivery of process and platform improvement projects
- Maintain key global marketing resources, including the Key Messaging Register, global marketing policies and the catalogue of marketing collateral
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
- A professional qualification in a Business or Marketing related field is required, along with 5+ years relevant experience within a legal or professional services environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills with experience of senior stakeholder management
- Strong team player with desire and ability to work collaboratively and stay focused on solutions
- Positive energy and drive, with a passion for creativity, innovation and growth of self and the business
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple responsibilities, occasionally to tight deadlines
- Excellent written communication skills and experience of copywriting
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, AHREFS, SEMRush or similar)
We offer a competitive benefits package including excellent health insurance, pension plan and vacation leave. Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and will be in the range of US$100,000 to US$140,000 per annum.
