Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing client due diligence and onboarding processes, including the coordination and completion of account opening documentation, KYC requests and ongoing due diligence requirements for client entities, as well as AGS.
- Maintaining accurate client and entity records within ViewPoint, CORIS and other internal systems, including client set-up, ongoing data management and record-keeping to support effective governance, regulatory compliance and service delivery.
- Processing Cayman transaction deliverables prepared by counsel, including document verification for processing purposes, obtaining electronic signatures, arranging stamp duty payments as required, maintaining records within iManage and internal systems, and distributing executed documentation to transaction parties.
- Prepare and coordinate annual and event-driven filings with the CI General Registry, including filings through the Corporate Administration Portal (CAP).
- Preparing and coordinating tax, regulatory and entity classification filings for director approval, including Forms W-8BEN-E, W-8IMY, SS-4 and Form 8832 elections, and obtaining and maintaining EINs, LEIs and other regulatory identifiers as required.
- Coordinating the timely completion of contractual, statutory and regulatory obligations, including monitoring and reviewing internal reports for client entities, tracking ongoing transaction deliverables, and liaising with directors, transaction parties and service providers to ensure timely responses, compliance and effective corporate administration.
- Managing requests received through centralised team inboxes and contributing to shared team workflows, while ensuring tasks are actioned promptly and service standards are maintained across the client portfolio.
- Assisting with training and mentoring administrators on CORIS, CAP and fiduciary administration procedures.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
- Associate or Undergraduate degree would be an advantage.
- A minimum of five years’ experience in corporate administration within a reputable law firm or regulated corporate and fiduciary services provider.
- Proficiency in CORIS, CAP and the Microsoft Office suite of applications, in addition to experience using a corporate administration database, preferably ViewPoint or Quantios Core.
- Excellent client relationship, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with clients, directors, professional advisers and internal stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, while delivering work accurately with minimal supervision.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach and a commitment to delivering a high standard of client service.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, sound judgement and a strong sense of accountability.
- A commitment to upholding the core values, professional standards and reputation of AGS.
Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and will be in the range of US$85,000 to US$110,000 per annum plus benefits.
